Taylor founded Desire Path in 2022, combining his passion for urban design with his deep understanding of what does (and doesn’t) work in community engagement. Taking what he’s learned from working with both developers and cities, Taylor is helping communities define what they need to become more resilient, thriving places for people to live and work.

Charlotte joined Desire Path to continue her work as an urban planner after having the opportunity to be a part of the MIT Energy Initiative and the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Offfice. She’s particularly passionate about projects that prioritize sustainability and improve a community’s climate resiliency.
