BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD
Desire Path is a small, passionate, and growing urban planning firm located in Boston, MA focused on helping clients plan for the development of more sustainable, accessible, and equitable neighborhoods.
This position is a hybrid role located in Boston, MA with the flexibility to work remotely up to 90% of the time. When working remotely, the candidate will have the flexibility to set their own hours, allowing them to determine and control their most effective schedule. We will occasionally meet as a team in a downtown Boston coworking space.
We are looking for someone motivated and passionate about personal career development as they will be solely responsible for the majority of the sales and business development for our small team. Successful candidates will find a unique way to showcase and prove their passion, motivation, and interest in wanting to be a part of our team.
Business development and sales are currently the responsibility of our founder and president. As Desire Path has grown they are no longer able to spend the time required to find new clients and maintain current and future relationships. We need a dedicated business development candidate to fill this role.
We can offer a base salary with uncapped tiered commission and bonuses. The earning potential is really up to the candidate.
